Our handcrafted bunk beds take about 4 weeks to prepare for you. Nationwide delivery takes from 5 to 14 days. October thru December is our busiest season. Please allow addtional time during this period.
All prices on our website are considered pick-up. We offer nationwide delivery. Deliveries are made by moving companies and your order is delivered inside, with unpacking and debris removal included. The final assembly is your responsibility. Click here to view our assembly instructions.
After placing your order, we will send you a copy of the invoice via email for confirmation. Please review your invoice and reply back.
We accept checks, credit cards. Allow ten (10) days for checks to clear.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or pay via your PayPal account.
Our nationwide delivery agents do not collect COD's, therefore, we do not accept COD's. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise. All shipping costs (original and return) must be paid by the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept accept C.O.D. shipments or any returns that have been painted, stained, treated, altered or damaged in any way.
